Eligibility

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@enhancedusa.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the product(s) back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  1. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
